Plates and Overlays
With our custom plates and overlays your costume budget can go further! Now you can create many different costume looks out of one basic tutu. For example, a basic white tutu can be used for "Swan Lake" (White Swan), "The Nutcracker" (Snow Queen), and "Sleeping Beauty" (Aurora's Wedding); each ballet with its own unique look.

A 'Plate' is designed to be lightly tacked to the tutu skirt, an 'Overlay' is designed to be lightly tacked to the bodice. Each can then easily be removed and exchanged as needed.

Pricing for a custom-designed and decorated Plate begins at $200.00.
Pricing for a custom-designed and decorated bodice Overlay begins at $50.00.
The finished price will ultimately depend on the complexity of design, the elaborateness of beading, jewels, and trims, your fabric and materials choices, and other variables.

Dance Dresses
The term 'Dance Dress' actually describes many very different garments, from a simple leotard with attached skirt, to empire-line dresses, to multi-piece 'tutu-style' bodices with attached multi-layer skirts. From 'classic' to modern, we can design for any role that you can dance or choreograph. There are several examples of our Dress designs in The Photo Gallery.

Custom Empire-Line Dress
Prices range from $150.00 to $400.00 (or more). The finished price will ultimately depend on the complexity of design and sizing, the elaborateness of beading, jewels, and trims, your fabric and materials choices, and other variables.

Bodice With Attached Chiffon Skirt
For now, our bodice styles, options, and prices are detailed on the Adult Classical Tutus page.
Select a bodice style and options, and then select a skirt option:
    2-layer polyester chiffon skirt  -  add $75.00 to price of selected bodice
    2-layer silk chiffon skirt  -  add $100.00 to price of selected bodice
    3-layer polyester skirt chiffon  -  add $100.00 to price of selected bodice
    3-layer silk chiffon skirt  -  add $125.00 to price of selected bodice

Tutu Refurbishing Services
Send us your old, worn, tired, or just plain ugly tutus. We will refurbish and redecorate them and make them look as close to "new" as possible. Have a new tutu that just doesn't quite work? We have rebuilt, resized, refit, and redecorated many tutus and costumes created by other designers and manufacturers. Send it to us, we can (usually) make it over into a truly beautiful costume. Have a plain, undecorated tutu? We can embellish to your requirements, or we can design for you. Prices vary depending on the job, but begin at $100.00.

Sleeves and Wings

Tulle Arm Puffs  -  adjustable and elascticized  -  $12.00 / pair

Tulle Arm Ruffles  -  adjustable, elascticized at the top  -  $12.00 / pair

Long-Sleeve Attached Puffs
Tulle:   $22.00 / pair  -  Chiffon:   $27.00 / pair

Long-Sleeve Attached Puffs  -  with elastic garters halfway between the shoulder and elbow, with or without elastic at the wrist.
Tulle:   $28.00 / pair  -  Chiffon:   $33.00 / pair

* arm puffs and ruffles can be made to be attached to the shoulder elastic of the bodice, add $5.

Custom Designed Arm Puffs and Ruffles can be made to order using lamé, chiffon, and other fabrics. We will decorate to your specifications or we can design something special for you. Prices range from $25.00 / pair and up, depending on complexity of design and material used.

Angel and Fairy Wings  -  sew or pin in place.
Small:   $20.00 / pair  -  2 wings per pair, upswept
Large:   $35.00 / pair  -  4 wings per pair, 2 smaller upswept, 2 larger downswept
